The cinematography draws viewers into the protagonist's world, using dolly and tracking shots to closely follow her journey. These movements create suspense and allow us to witness her transformation on an intimate level, capturing every nuance of her evolving emotions.
To heighten the tension, innovative camera techniques are employed. For example, half-circle dolly shots orbit around her, symbolizing her internal conflict and indecision. Combinations like dolly-in top shots, zooms, and tilts, layered with a subtle shutter lag effect, mirror her sense of instability and intensify the impact of her struggles.
Strategic top shots emphasize symbolic moments—such as when she stands isolated in a dark room or steps into the shallow water, symbolizing her transition into a surreal, self-reflective dimension. Each of these movements and angles deepens the narrative, guiding the audience through her path of self-discovery with a powerful blend of intimacy and visual storytelling.
DIRECTION
The sets for the music video are designed in a singular context:
an exhibition room.
The background features a predominantly white tone, complemented by black walls on all four sides, creating an illusion of a surreal space conjured by the character herself. Accessories such as jewelry, headdresses, hats, wigs, vases, flowers, and chiffon scarves are attached to various statues, with a neutral color palette used in the background. The design is divided into two styles (Traditional and Modern) to highlight the contrast between the two mindsets presented in the music video.
Additionally, in the final set (green screen with line animation), the scene is modeled after the Renaissance painting "The Birth of Venus," incorporating elements of nature such as fish, fire, wind, and flowers. The dominant pink tone aims to evoke a sense of innocence and purity surrounding the image of a perfect woman being reborn—a masterpiece that embodies the fusion of Traditional and Modern ideologies. The music video maintains a consistent tone and mood throughout the narrative, along with an artistic design that reflects the style of Renaissance painting.

The Thinker Statue
In this image, a young woman stands within a radiant, magical seashell, symbolizing the birth of a beauty that bridges the Old and New ways of thinking. On her left, a man and a woman gently blow virtues toward her—qualities that a Vietnamese woman is encouraged to uphold, reflecting the spiritual beauty and faith valued in Vietnamese women. To her right, a young woman holds a floral garment, representing vibrant vitality, modernity, and youthful energy. She breaks free from the chains of outdated perceptions of a woman’s appearance, embracing a life of her own—one of freedom, ever-evolving beauty, and continuous renewal in a rapidly advancing society.

OLYMPIC
The "Searching for Icon" exhibition is shaped by her mind—a surreal dimension set within a dark, enclosed space with black walls and minimal lighting, evoking an unspoken call for help, a longing for liberation through action. The room's floor features a shallow pool of water, symbolizing the surreal nature of this dimension.
